3.重大件货物的绑扎加固情况的检验以及监装，监卸。（目的：由于重大件货物货值较高，对装卸过程以及记载情况有更高的要求，目前众多船公司以及国内外的收/发货人强制要求对此类货物进行第三方检验，如没有第三方检验，则不允许货物上船）
